OUR STORY
OBR was founded to deliver institutional-quality advisory services specifically to middle market technology companies. The founders first worked together in 2008 at AKQA, a global design and innovation agency. Since then they have continued to advise companies on their growth initiatives and strategies to maximize shareholder value. They saw firsthand and were frustrated by how many non-enterprise businesses were systematically underserved by traditional firms.
The opportunity was clear: thousands of emerging, high-growth companies needed both top-tier strategic guidance and investment banking expertise at reasonable prices.
